#Grateful. . . .


In this time of our lives, many of us have seen so much.  Not that 40ish is old, but we have lived mainly fast paced lives so that being said it is necessary for us to stay connected to the source, rooted and grounded always remembering to be grateful. 

For the month of October, I decided to host a Gratitude Challenge.  The purpose of this was to help others stay connected by tapping into their inner most self daily.  Yesterday's assignment was to utilize the alphabet to speak 50 ways that we are grateful and to share in some form of email, blog or social media.  I opted to share with you in a blog, as I slurp on my smoothie and think on it!

These are the 50 things that I am grateful for

Compassion
Daily mercies
Eat, the fact that 
Father that Forgives 
Goodness. 
Heaven goals
Irreplaceable friends that are like family
Jesus dying on the cross
Kissable lips (hey, had to mix it up-Lol)
Love
Mom who is in my corner
my Natural hair
Open mind
Peace of mind
Q (this is a struggle, I'll be back)
Right mind
Salvation
True friends
Unique quality
Victory
to be Well-grounded
Xenial spirit (hospitality is my gift)
Yearning for more
Zest for life

Whew! I'll admit that it was hard for me to come up with that many, but it made me truly stop and think.  I challenge you to take an introspective look to see what you are really makes you grateful. It's good for the soul 😊.
